We aim to process all orders within 2 to 3 working days. At busy times however, especially Christmas, it might take slightly longer to process your order but if this is the case, we will keep you informed. Please make sure you order within a reasonable timeframe if your order is intended as a special gift on a specific day.

UK Delivery of Standard Items

All items on our website can be delivered within the UK Mainland for a fixed rate of £4.99. Standard Delivery takes between 3 to 5 working days. We usually use Royal Mail/ParcelForce or a range of different couriers to get your order to you as quickly as possible including My Hermes, Interlink and DPD, although we may occasionally use other couriers. We cannot guarantee delivery in these time frames unless we have the full and correct delivery address (including company name if applicable). Sometimes, for example during exceptionally busy periods, there is a chance your order may be slightly delayed. If this does occur, we shall inform you as soon as possible. Please note that some addresses like the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Ireland may take a little longer. All deliveries are subject to the couriers Terms and Conditions.
